How We Use Personal Information
"Personal Information" means information that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify you. A user is submitting Personal Information when submitting his/her email address on the Patient Interactive Questionnaire or to sign up for Univfy's newsletters (See “Newsletter Sign-Up” section below).
Personal Information may only be used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Univfy personnel are trained and follow strict processes that restrict access to Personal Information in connection with the performance of customer support and quality control functions.

This information is referred to herein as "Self-Reported Information." At any time Self-Reported Information is combined with Personal Information, such information will be treated as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy. Self-Reported Information is utilized to direct website users to relevant information on fertility. We may use anonymized Self-Reported Information (stripped of your Personal Information) for expanded purposes - please refer to "How We Use Aggregated User Information" in this Privacy Policy.

Specific examples of technical information include the type of computer operating system and web browser you use, your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, the page from which you were directed to our Univfy website and/or Services. For the most part, technical information such as the types described above remains anonymous (i.e., does not identify you personally). Storage of Cookies on your system provides an easy and convenient method for us to personalize your experience on our website. For example, Cookies will tell us that you have visited our website before and may contain other information that will make your next visit to our site more enjoyable. Univfy may use Web Beacons to analyze the traffic patterns on its website, such as the frequency with which users visit various parts of its website, and to measure the effectiveness of such website. Web Beacons may be used in association with Cookies to understand how users of the Univfy website interact with the pages and content on the pages of such website. No Personal Information you give us is provided for Web Beacon use, so they cannot personally identify you with that information on our website. There is currently no standard or reliable way of disabling Web Beacons.

Univfy may use Log File information to analyze data in the aggregate to determine the trends and usage of our website entries for our marketing and demographic studies and so we can constantly improve the online services we provide you. We may also use the Log Files to troubleshoot technical concerns. Log Files are used internally only, and are not associated with any particular user, computer or browser.
